1. Booking & Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of any payments minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are not refundable.
3. Rescheduling
You may reschedule your event one time at no additional charge, provided you give at least 30 days' notice and your new date is within 12 months of the original date.
4. Service Area
We serve Ottawa, Gatineau, Kanata, Nepean, Orleans, and surrounding areas within 100 km. Travel fees may apply outside our standard service area.
5. Equipment & Setup
You agree to provide adequate space (10×10 ft minimum), a standard power outlet, and reasonable access for setup and teardown. The Vibe Photobooth Co. is not responsible for issues arising from inadequate venue conditions.
6. Liability
The Vibe Photobooth Co. carries $2M general liability insurance. We are not responsible for guest behaviour, lost prints, or technical issues caused by venue infrastructure.
7. Photo Usage
By using our photo booth, guests consent to having their photos taken. The Vibe Photobooth Co. may use event photos in our portfolio and marketing unless explicitly opted out in writing prior to the event.
8. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond their reasonable control (acts of God, government action, pandemics, etc.).
